I have been running yoga sessions on Zoom since Autumn 2020. A variety of people now regularly attend. You can read more about me and my yoga classes here.
Sessions begin with small movements to bring awareness into the physical body, progressing to more challenging postures as the body becomes warm.
All sessions include pranayama (breathing practice), yoga nidra (extended relaxation).

My yoga teaching is for everybody. There is no pressure.
Hatha yoga does not rely on someone having a particular level of fitness or body size or shape because everyone practices to their level based on their individual experience and emotional capacity.
